All Lambes Arts physical products are made to order, and digital products are delivered electronically. Because these products involve production costs, fulfillment expenses, or immediate digital access, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or format, or other customer preference reasons once production has begun or a digital product has been delivered.

Physical Products

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact Lambes Arts with your order information and clear photographs of the issue.

After verification, an eligible damaged or defective item may be replaced with the same item at no additional cost.

Replacement requests must relate to damage or defects that occurred during production or shipping. Normal variations in printing, color, texture, or appearance that do not constitute a defect are not eligible for replacement.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered or made available for download.
